Job Description
- Ensure that shipping, purchase documentation and general record keeping are completed timely and on a high order of accuracy
- Making FIRS , DIP payment & DIP request for the Food Shipments
- Preparing the documents and submitting new item Registration Request, submitting Food Label Approval and Destruction request with local authorities
- Responsible to bring continual improvement in working procedures and methods leading to optimum efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Arrange for shipping documentation and liaison with CBU
- General procurement and order processing of fixed assets purchases & stationery
- Maintaining supplier performance database
- Communication with Internal & External suppliers regarding deliveries
- Preparing & Sending Monthly Stock & Sales Report to respective departments
- Preparing LRF
- Provide required reports to Supply Chain Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 -5 years of experience in Logistics Operation
- Advanced MS Office
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (English Language – oral and written)
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Problem solving and analytical skills,
- Ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period
- Sound understanding of Supply Chain & Logistics system
- Fleet experience like RTA registration, renewals, Salk, Vehicle Tracking system, Delivery permit, food permit, report analysis of fleet expenses.
