The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. He or she will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- 4+ years’ experience as HR Manager/Asst. HR Manager or a similar role in UAE (Experience in a construction/contracting company is an advantage)
- Native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English language
- Must be based in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, UAE, or willing to relocate accordingly
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
