Job Responsibilities
- Establish purchase contracts for Food & Beverage, operating supplies
- Monitor implementation of F&B purchasing contract and corporate standard as required
- Research new sources, recommend changes to product sourcing as applicable.
- Prepares ‘Capital Expenditure Request” (CER) data and quotation for the for the company
- Handle purchase of food, beverage ,general and engineering items which include the repairs of electrical and kitchen requirements
- Involved in beverage contract
- Advise other department on purchasing matter
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by supervisors
- Raise Purchase Order as appropriately authorized by Div/Dept.Head
- Develops purchase specifications.
- Obtains purchase authorizations.
- Forwards purchase requisitions and purchase orders to suppliers.
- Monitors delivery and follow up outstanding delivery
- Prepares monthly report of outstanding Purchase Orders.
