We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. He/ she will provide Support to Manager – Financial Planning in forecasting, budgeting , feasibility studies, presentations, financial analysis, Business Planning. Some of their key accountabilities will be as follows:
- Analyze financial data and createfinancial models for decision support
- Assist in performingfinancial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Analyze past results, performvariance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Coordinate with various departments and monitor annual and quarterly deliverables for outside auditors.
- Assist in preparation of monthly reports to submit it to leadership and shareholders.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans andforecasts
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
Minimum eligibility requirements and key competencies:
- Accounting / Finance university degree
- Certification from FAST approved Training providers
- Professional Accounting Qualification (CPA / CA/ ACCA) is a plus
- 3+ years experience in Financial Modelling role
- 3+ years experience in Financial Analyst role
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Proven work experience in a quantitatively-heavy role
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
