We are searching for a Procurement Engineer to work in our construction company. The educational requirement for a procurement engineer would be a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Job Description:

· Work with all engineering teams in estimation, procurements, purchasing and placing orders as per the project plans.

· Generated and reviewed commercial grade dedication specifications, bills of material.

· Conducted market and industrial research to understand trend and competition for design and engineering services partnership.

· Supported contract negotiations, business reviews, and drive actions items closure.

· Prepared and processed purchase orders and managed inventory levels of materials and products.

· Negotiated for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers/subcontractors.

· Supported different departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders and cost Estimations & Cost saving.

· Serve as Purchasing representative with technical team to challenge cost effective solutions to keep.

· Ensuring that optimized (cost, quality, availability) are assured in product.

· Supporting price negotiations with opportunities to drive short- and long-term cost reduction improvement.

· Leading the organization, planning and execution of multiple highly complex projects across multiple business units, focused on improving supply base performance, quality and cost savings efforts driving the analysis, staff, and deliverables concurrently within the project funnel.

· Project management of activities at supplier and/or within business unit to improve product quality, reliability and delivery and drive supply base rationalization.

· Monitor and execute plans according to project key metrics/targets, budgets and deliverables as well as develop and coach personnel to ensure efficient operation of the project functions.

· Responsible for gaining agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality, and requirements. Ensuring effective introduction of products, technologies, systems, solution, or services.
