Senior Account Manager in our office in Dubai.

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for talking with prospective clients on the phone as well as conducting face-to-face meetings. Reporting to the Sales Manager at Equiti Securities, you will be working in a team and will make a tangible impact everyday by growing Equiti Securities’ portfolio of clients support.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and building new relationships through various channels
  • Skillset in dealing with High Net Worth (HNW) individuals and Partners
  • Contacting leads to convert them
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Using own industry sources and various external channels to build strong relationships
  • Consistently securing and growing client numbers by demonstrating a clear point of difference in experience, market knowledge and personal focus over the competition
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Being a trusted point of contact to clients on market and trading relating matters
  • Assisting in planning and executing client events as required
  • Providing training to potential and existing clients on financial assets and trading platforms
  • Collaborating with key internal departments, particularly marketing, operations, and development teams to gain support for projects
  • Completing required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong product knowledge.ie. (FX, Equities, CFDs, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of sales planning and various direct, indirect and alternative sales channels management.
  • Strong analytical and numerical acumen
  • Self-motivated personality, well organized with good follow-up skills.
  • Professional in English and Arabic

Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar.
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration is preferred
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role as an Account Manager and/or dealing with high-net-worth clients in the FX Industry
