Role Purpose
The Programme Marketing Team is responsible for driving overall customer engagement and ultimately increasing each customer’s lifetime value. A key component of achieving this vision is establishing a two-way relationship with customers where they trust us, engage with us, use us and advocate for us. This role is all about establishing these positive interactions with Customers. We are looking for someone who can โanimateโ all the different brands and products within our ecosystem; sharing with customers the latest releases and products; showcasing tips to helps them; inspiring new ideas for them to try out and even entertaining them with stories. This role is responsible for coming up with innovative and fun engagement ideas โ then leading end-to-end execution from content to set-up to execution to reporting.
Role Responsibilities And Accountabilities
- Lead the ideation of creative engagement tactics leveraging brands, seasonality, offers and more.
- Come up with compelling content and stories that both engage the customer and drive constant dialogue.
- Animate the many softer offerings of SHARE into constant engage stories that entice a customer to interact, use and share with others.
- Drive advocacy amongst customers through soft touches including recognition, activations, events and more.
- Work closely with the Analytics and Business Insights teams in the organization to articulate requirements, review data and pull/double-click on relevant insights
- Execute all engagement tactics with layers of testing, various offering types, segmentation and even country-specific tactics
- Present strategy across Leadership and Business Unit teams to gather feedback and approvals
- Lead each campaign end-to-end including ideation, content/creative development, offer creation and execution. Furthermore, customize outreach by market and segments โ fueled by insights as needed.
- Lead Data Reporting at the end of each campaign and present back to Leadership and Business Unit teams as required
Minimum Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- Masters degree or MBA preferred
- Additional role related qualification preferred
- 4+ years of digital marketing with a focus on social media content and engagement
- 3+ years of marketing and campaign management experience
- 2+ years of solid content writing across an array of digital channels
- Proven success in executing below the line communications including email, SMS and push messages
- Previous experience in the Gulf region and particularly the UAE is preferred
- Proven creativity and innovation in setting up engaging content and campaigns
- Demonstrable experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Understanding of Arabic Language preferred
