Responsibilities
- Develop a digital marketing strategy for the clients and its partners by analyzing key indicators and their existing and emerging needs.
- Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaign’s and accesses against goals (ROI & KPIs)
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies by digital marketing and convinces clients in the same way with the digital team
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- To ensure that campaigns reporting is accurate and well written using the appropriate matrix
- To be proficient with social media , analytics to derive insight driven learnings to optimize communication
- Focus on customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Digital marketing Agency as Account Manager or Project Manager
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in marketing and relevant work experience
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of digital landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Adaptive , agile and collaborative
