A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of  “Financial Controller“.

Purpose:

Ensures that reconciliations are performed to a high standard and that any

systems issues or financial irregularities are resolved. Focuses on finance,

accounting, Human Resources, payroll, and the company’s other related and

unrelated investment activities.

Duties, Functions, and Responsibilities:

Essential duties and functions are included. Other duties may be assigned:

1. Business operational audit

2. Financial management

3. Profit & loss center

4. Cash flow and funds management

5. Financial risk management

6. Financial business planning

7. Financial analysis

8. Financial reporting

9. Financial restructuring

10. Budgeting

11. Quarterly financial evaluation

12. Bank relations

13. Reporting of financial statements

14. Trade finance

15. Is in charge of all LC openings and letter of guarantee, performance bond, performance guarantee issuing

16. Ensures that all companies fulfill their legal documentary obligations as required by the Chamber of Commerce and other authorities

17. Is responsible for the maintenance, and renewal of all legal and binding agreements with existing and new vendors

18. Is required to ensure that all aspects of the companies’ operations are carried out in compliance with Legal

20. Acts as a liaison between the companies and their designated lawyers

21. Is tasked with improving internal processes within the sales and service organization

22. Cash flow projection

23. Valuation
