City Tower Estate Real Estate is looking for an experienced and smart Finance Manager to oversee and strengthen the existing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization, acting as a decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Reporting Directly to the Chairman.

Job Role Includes but not limited to:

· Manage Finance and Accounts Department for the group including Leasing, Sales and Development Company.

· Monthly Financial Closing & MIS Reporting to the Chairman

· Management of Cash flow for the company and ability to arrange short term funding’s for working capital requirements.

· Liaise with Banks on daily basis

· Review feasibility for the new projects/proposals made by the company.

· Monitor the PDC’s requirements of the Bank & ensure timely deposit of cheques

· Preparation of Financial Statements for the company in line with IFRS

· Responsible for coordinating and concluding External Audit.

· Monthly review of team activities and taking reporting from the team.

· Responsible for Monthly Payroll Closing for the group

· Monthly review of VAT Return & ensuring timely filing.

· Annual Budgeting and monthly review vis-à-vis budget.

· Preparing and Implementing policies to improve sales, collections, operations, etc.

· Reviewing Sales and operations activities on daily basis & monthly reporting’s.

· Preparing presentations for the Investors and Bankers for the funding requirements.

· Lead Financial meetings.

· Candidate should be able to build strong relationships both within and outside of a finance department.

· Should overlook implementation and management of accounting systems and procedures, ensuring that all statutory and corporate obligations are met.

Requirements:

· Minimum 10 years’ experience with at least 5 years experience in UAE in Real Estate. (Leasing).

· Qualification required – CA/ACCA/CMA.

· Previous experience of Property management (Real Estate) and/or Development required.

· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
