We are looking for Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and direct operations team to achieve business targets.
- Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities.
- Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Drafting, preparing and reviewing the required legal documents, constitutional drafts, agreements, forms and application needed in relation to corporate structuring (ex. setting up [Offshore, DIFC, LLC, FZE, DMCC,… etc], share transfer, changing BOD, amending company documents, โฆ.) such as (MOA, AOA, Amendments, Resolutions, Addenda,..)
- Communicating with DED, JAFZA, DIFC, DAFZA and RAK FZ for all related matters.
- Executing renewals, attestations, notarization, and all communications with the Authentication Authorities.
- Communicating and following up with different Authorities i.e. (Dubai Courts, Abu Dhabi Courts, Public Prosecutions, Ministry of Justice, โฆ.etc).
- Supervising the staff performance and auditing the issued as well as the received (payments โcash/cheques), preparing Memorandums and Legal Notices.
- Preparing Performance Report on quarterly basis.
- Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities.
- Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Assist in employee appraisals, promotions, compensation and termination based on the performance review, conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to staff.
- Provide operational support, guidance to staff and manage work assignment and allocation for staff.
- Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the companyโs overall goals
- Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market
Experience & Education:
- 5-8 years experience in UAE .
- Experience in KSA is a bonus.
- Legal / Corporate services Operations experience.
- Arabic speaker is must.
- Legal qualification is plus.
