Job description
Time Properties LLC has an immediate opening for a sales manager. We are looking for someone who is competent, passionate and hardworking. A well-spoken person with strong leadership and organizational skills. He should be able to work under pressure and achieve targets within a specific time period.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and promoting sales.
- Supervising and managing the sales agents.
- Preparing real estate forms and documents.
- Coordinating with clients and sales team.
- Overseeing daily sales operations
- Coordinating with higher management and sales team.
- Analyzing data and preparing weekly\monthly reports.
- Assisting sales team in closing the deals.
- Maintaining online database and paper filing systems.
- Coordinating and assisting sales team with clients for property showings or open houses.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the real estate industry in UAE.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Should be fluent in English.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and responsible.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable property laws.
