Duties of IT Specialist to provide technical support to a business or an organization’s employees and franchisees. An IT Specialist’ duties include configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers , repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users, answering calls and e-mails regarding the computer network or communication systems.
Roles , Responsibilities, Duties:
•Installation of standard software, hardware, (New PC, Printers, re-installation & upgrade of existing PCs).
•Configure all users Desktops to enable Network sign in and Login into Domain •Configuring/Troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook.
•Resolving the Tickets by helpdesk Software.
•Installing the Image and latest OS to workstations. Desktop Support on site and remote of the highest quality with high degree of customer satisfaction
•Diagnose the Hardware and Software issues.
•Installing and configuring the antivirus for the users.
•Update the latest patches for the OS
•Manage the Password Credentials for the users and computers by using AD.
•Performed Administration of User Accounts.
•Installation and Configuration of MS Outlook, network printer.
•Installation and Administration of PC’s, software’s and application packages.
•Configure the Smartphone Service for Users.
•Installation, Configuring and Troubleshooting Cisco VPN Client.
•Remote troubleshooting Third-party application like Team Viewer.
•Installing software and application to user standards
•Solve internet related problem Configuration Basic TCP/IP Setting.
•Recover lost data of users using recovery tools.
•Installation and maintenance of all types of printer and scanner.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Bachelor in Science, ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management.
IT Administration.
Installing, Configuring, Administrating windows 7, 8,10 for Clients.
Installed and configured LAN devices such as Desktop computers, Printers, Scanners etc. Configured and maintained All flavors of Windows Operating Systems, Handled Hardware problems for the computer Systems involved in the LAN.
