- Must be fluent in Chinese and English Language
- Deep exposure/experience with Foreign Exchange (FOREX) products strongly preferred.
- Managing the day-to-day operations by overseeing all services provided to the clients and minimizing client complaints. He/She is the ultimate responsible for maintaining and increasing the efficiency of the Company.
- Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Handle new operational procedures for client onboarding, client support and back office.
- Design and implement operations protocols and procedures assuring to meet the company’s standards.
- Liaise with our technology partners to fully understand their system in order to provide support and training to the team members.
- Communicate and resolve issues with team managers and relevant departments.
- Prepare performance reports for affiliates and management.
