Due to this exciting growth we are looking for a results driven Financial Controller to join our Group Finance Team in Dubai. This promises to be a rewarding and varied role managing our Group financial performance and accounting operations across the entire Group.

To join our team you will have:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Qualified Charted Accountant qualification ACCA , CPA, CA or equivalent.
- Previous experience working as a Financial Controller.
- Experience leading and inspiring high performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Currently based in Dubai.
- Available to start work as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of the finance and accounting functions for the Group.
- Providing leadership in the development of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
- Managing month end process and reviewing financials.
- Budgeting across multiple entities in the Group.
- Providing guidance on and assistance with all accounting related queries to employees
- Improving and overseeing cost controls.
- Preparing treasury reports.
- Assisting in external financial audits and reviewing results to ensure accuracy.
- Reviewing policies to ensure accounting standards are followed and proper controls are in place.
- Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts and reports to identify results, trends and financial forecasts.
- Ensuring all financial reporting systems comply with government regulations and legislation and tax compliance.
- Maintaining all necessary reporting to the banks and backup system reports.
- Documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthening internal controls.
