What You’ll do:

  • Develop written HR policies and procedures in line with applicable labor laws in and best practices, monitor implementation to ensure policy standards are consistently applied across region.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing policies and procedures, initiate enhancements as identified.
  • Recommend and develop process re-engineering of Oracle HR system transactions/functions for better customer service and faster turnaround time.
  • Act as the custodian of the HR process library and advise on HR record management, embedding clear file storage processes and procedures.
  • Design, operationalize, and manage an appropriate HR functional governance framework.
  • lead delivery of the HR Risk Management Framework and be responsible for articulating risks, designing and testing controls, and formulating action plans for risk mitigation.
  • Provide guidance to HR partners across countries in all matters related to HR governance frameworks / mechanisms.
  • Review and facilitate standardization of HR local controls being set and implemented in the different controls. Establish a structure of reporting and monitoring of results and implementation of corrective actions if needed.

What you will need:

  • Strong background in HR corporate governance & compliance, HR business partnering and HR systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of the HR risk landscape and employment legislations.
  • Experience of working with Audit, Risk and Legal functions with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills, experience of liaising with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of English and excellent writing skills.
  • Strong ability to translate a concept into an action plan, Project management skill is needed.
  • A track record of end-to-end management of change and transformation.
