Primary Objective

  • Business Development focusing on the B2B market, introducing Cloud Spaces to multinational organizations, SME’s and related service providers with the aim of creating mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Generate LAM (local area marketing) enquiries through local sources: Business Meet Ups, Expos, Networking Events, Chambers of Commerce, Building Canvassing, Partnerships and email campaigns initiated by you. This does NOT include enquiries from OGPDS (Online Global Property Directories),
  • Cloud Spaces website and advertising organised by Head office.
  • Generate referrals from REAS (Real Estate Agents), Current Clients and Local Business Associations.
  • Convert Leads to sales
  • Collaborate with General Manager & /or Center Managers to establish where marketing efforts are needed to generate achieve 85%+ occupancy and increase memberships on monthly basis.
  • Be a Cloud Spaces Ambassador and promote our products and services.
  • Research new business development targets and create strategies for reaching these targets
  • Attend a minimum of 4 effective networking events a month where leads and new relationships are obtained. Maintain memberships and advise local Managers of suggested networking events. Search for opportunities for Cloud Spaces to host/ sponsor events. Co-ordinate with Center Managers to attend events.
  • Research online social networking opportunities and give feedback to General Manager.
  • Research to identify potential clients, opportunities and competition. Actively market to those groups and develop relationships.
  • Responsible for marketing event budgets. Ensure budget is managed properly.
  • Arrange preparatory meetings for seminar events and expos.
  • Contribute your marketing success stories to the Cloud Spaces internal newsletter.
  • Execute Marketing activities required for new location openings. Head Office will provide Marketing collateral for openings.
  • Meet with Centre Managers and ask if any client is looking at moving out to larger space. If so look in CRM to see if they were an original referral from an agent so we can hand the client back to them, ‘Two bites of the cherry’.
  • Research and build awareness of local market conditions through media coverage on a daily basis. Increase knowledge of local, regional and international business information, social issues, acquisitions, mergers, IPO’s and market changes that can be identified as opportunities for Cloud Spaces.
  • Set up Google alerts for Cloud Spaces, National and Multi-national organizations and business development opportunities

Targets and Reporting:

  • To achieve monthly targets (local area marketing) enquiry and external database growth for the region.
  • Report monthly to GM & Executive Director on leads generated from local area marketing activities & Social Media
  • Maintain local database of REA, Networking and other business contacts. Your ‘External Contacts’ database is to grow by each month as set in your quarterly target.
