About the Position:
We are looking to recruit an experienced General Technicians to join our Toyota Team across the UAE. You will carry out pre-delivery inspection, basic services and minor repairs. These jobs comprise major chunk of the service business and customers, thereby influencing market reputation. You will ensure that work executed is safe, clean, efficient and as per recommend procedures.
Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Exhibit activeness in carrying out the prescribed jobs in order to complete them on time.
- Ensure basic safety procedures are quickly learned and followed for own and other’s wellbeing.
- Exhibit enthusiasm and interest in various classroom and on the job training course for achieving professional competence.
- Ensure cleanliness of workplace, tools and equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to Company rules, regulations and procedures; ask when in doubt.
- Ensure that all vehicle repair or service are of highest Lexus quality.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess a Trade Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering. You should have at least a minimum of 2-3 years’ recent experience in an automotive dealership and must have an excellent technical knowledge in servicing cars. Experience on hybrid technology will be an added advantage.
