As Senior Financial Analyst, you will Provide input to and lead implementation of Financial Planning & Analysis programs and policies and execute plans to understand and analyze activities concerned with financial business matters, internal financial information, financial evaluation, external economic conditions, impact on business operations and mergers & acquisitions.

Responsibilities

  • Support META finance director in internal controls and audit remediations across META.
  • Provide In depth financial analysis for SACAM and NWA.
  • Provide financial analysis to META finance director to support distributor ways of working across META .
  • Prepare plans and policies to translate current/ future business needs and challenges into effective financial plans for Galderma.
  • Understand and analyse ongoing financial processes like financial evaluation, mergers and acquisitions, modelling of potential investment opportunities, impact of financial transactions and corporate development activities.
  • Execute research on internal financial information and external economic conditions strengthening data to undertake financial decisions.
  • Follow up on GICFR agenda across META.
  • Establish and maintain potential relationship with all stakeholders within the organization.
  • Understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise them.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with Galderma managers
  • Extensive contact with other specialist departments.
  • Ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5 – 10 Years relevant work experience.
  • Financial Planning experience.
  • Financial Accounting experience would be beneficial but not essential.
  • MNC experience.
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant subject.
