About the Position:

We are looking for a driven and self-starter Assistant FP&A Manager for our Automotive business. Our Automotive division is one of our biggest and most complex division, and hence requires someone with the ability to work in a fluid environment while handling multiple stakeholders.

As an Assistant FP&A Manager, you’ll be responsible for completion of high-quality deliverables within the committed timeframe typically related to monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and forecast. You will also manage the annual operational planning process (budget), prepare Monthly Business Review decks and direct and Indirect P&L by brand / location /section etc.

You will perform various analysis to provide the management with key business and financial insights to drive efficiency. You will also coordinate with other departments such as audit to facilitate audits or sales during the preparation of F&I and sales commission reports.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelors degree in accounting or finance with at least 7 -10 years relevant experience in financial planning & analysis in a complex business with multiple profit centers with high turnover. Knowledge of the automotive industry will be an advantage but is not a must.

You will also have excellent communication skills with an above average proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of Arabic will help but is not mandatory. Strong knowledge of MS Office specifically Excel would also make you stand out from the crowd.
