As Director of Finance, you will join a committed finance team, over 17 varied venues, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ financial experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai.

- Lead full cycle of M&A/ investment projects, i.e., sourcing and screening M&A targets, developing business case, designing deal structures and negotiation
- Build and developed complex financial models
- Advisory using market approach and income approach (DCF, DDM, Market Multiples)
- Prepare client reports and presentation materials
- Organizing due diligence of third parties and cross-functions Demonstrated experience working directly with client executives at the most senior level
