NMK Technologies, a leading group of AV distributors in the Middle East is growing and in need of an experienced IT Manager. The successful candidate will join our team of high-performing professionals to help keep our systems insightful and instrumental to our continued success. NMK Electronics has recently joined a global Group that is listed on the FTSE AIM 100 market in the UK and so this represents a very exciting time to join us.

The right candidate should have prior experience working with information technology and understand the latest technology trends to ensure the technology in place is up to date and should have a wealth of experience tackling various hardware and software problems. Should be comfortable providing technology solutions to employees and working closely with third-party software companies to adopt new technologies and efficiently use existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems
  • Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support
  • Provide excellent server support like VPS, ERP, CCTV, IP telephones, including configuration, backup management, domain management et cetera
  • Responsible for networking designing, deployment, infrastructure, security, and maintenance of web service and ensuring optimum security 24/7
  • Assist in the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of various systems to include desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, and software applications
  • Assist Finance team with year-end closing/error fixing, purchase teams for updating the ERP pricing and logistics with stock counting
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor procedures for all server backup and able to do disaster recovery
  • Provide after-sale service product support for Williams Sound, Dante, Mersive, and other projects
  • Monitor, plan, and coordinate the distribution of client/server software, service pack and make recommendations for new equipment, services to purchase and work with various vendors for procurement
  • Manage and administer company e-commerce website and corporate ERP. Develop modules and extensions as and when required
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot PBX phone systems
  • Manage virtual private servers such as Go-daddy and SSL certificates etc.
  • Azure, 0365 Premium, and email servers
  • Management of IT assets including hardware and software
  • Create and maintain good technical documentation and provide technical training to the team
  • Monitor and maintain the use of the photocopiers and printer
  • Conduct ad-hoc ERP, O365, and general IT Training
  • Perform on-site and remote technical support
  • Provide 24/7 emergency on-call/on-site support

Education, and Experience:

  • Degree in Information Technology or in relevant field
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience
  • Additional certification in the same field is a plus

Skills/requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with IT-related software and hardware
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Crystal Reporting
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP software
