Job Summary
The primary role of the Sales Manager is to drive sales through the direct channel. He would lead the sales team to ensure that value-added propositioning is presented to potential clients, in line with the overall objectives and growth plans of the business. Be a hands-on sales professional responsible for driving the business forward within a highly competitive market.
· Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.
· Directly manage the sales team for the delivery of the team’s sales targets.
· Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/ return and liquidity profile.
· Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.
· Identifying customers, giving presentations and closing the deals independently.
· Strong client focus including pre and post-sales services for long-term wealth retention.
· Monitor conversion of direct leads to prospective customers in an efficient manner.
· Maintain relationships with the clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
· Conducting meetings with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation.
· Actively involved in deal closures with the team.
· Coaching, motivating, and managing a sales team to achieve desired sales results is an integral part of the role.
· Determining market trends and competitive analysis to formulate an effective way forward.
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

Education:
· Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university, Postgraduate is an advantage.
· At least 8+ years of sales experience in Real Estate Brokerage, Developer, and/or Timeshare.
