Job Summary
The human resources (HR) officer is responsible for hiring, developing and looking after employees. This involves functions such as training and monitoring performance.
Major Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all company Customer Contracts, Supplier NDA’s & Agreements.
- Store and maintain all company documents in both electronic and physical forms for Sam Tech Middle East FZ LLC, SamTech Emirates Positioning System Trading GPS LLC & SamTech Middle Smart Systems LLC.
- Follow the process and principles of the company’s document lifecycle procedures.
- Archive, control, and retrieve records as and when needed.
- Secure Confidential files away from unauthorized staff.
- Take responsibility of HR & Admin Files.
- Maintain Company Vehicle files and apply for renewal.
- Control issuance of documents and seek proper approval for the same from senior authorities.
- Follow up in renewal of all company official documents.
- Follow documents expiry status by Master Sheet.
- Create document filing and organizing systems that are both effective and efficient.
- Take charge of all document identification, classification and filing.
- Follow with Accounts department for payment & related queries.
- Follow Employee Visas Process, Cancellation or renewal procedure.
- Off Boarding process for previous Employees.
- Update Leaves for Employees on our database and through Mena-Me.
- Prepare Final Settlements and EOS for Employees.
- Prepare IT Access & Possession Forms.
- Prepare Asset possession and return forms.
- Coordinate with IT Department to set an auto-reply and email forwarding configuration for employees who are on leave.
- Coordinate with Daman Health for registration & cancellation of employees.
- Coordinate with Car Rental Company related to vehicle issues.
- Prepare NOC’s, Salary Certificates, Appreciation Letters.
- Prepare Offer Letters, NDA’s for New Employees as requested.
- Prepare HR Monthly Reports.
- Retrieve and update daily attendance report on Mena-Me.
- Manage employee documents in both digital & physical records.
- Update employee documents on our database & on Mena-Me.
- Follow up on all employees related inquiries.
- All other administrative and HR work as assigned.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Must have the ability to handle unique situations.
- Must be a team player and juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Time management skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
Education: Bachelors and Masters Degree in HR.
Experience: 2-3 Years in UAE.
Salary: AED 3000 – 3,500.
