Our Architectural & Engineering Consultancy requires Senior Accountant (SGA – 501) ) to be based in Dubai office, highly committed and responsible individual, have excellent interpersonal skills and work well under pressure.
Job Role
-
- Finalization of Accounts on monthly basis. And multi-company Reporting Structure.
- Management Reporting: Service/department wise profitability, Division wise profitability, Project Profitability, Project Feasibilities.
- Working Capital & Cash-flow Management.
- Budgeting and forecasting, Variance reporting on monthly basis.
- MIS reports monthly and quarterly basis.
- Determination of Monthly Sales Targets for each service/ department.
- Various Cost to Sales Analysis, region, and market sector wise Profitability Analysis.
- Implementation of accounting alignments in the region as per group policies.
- Breakeven analysis for strategic decisions for expansion and growth.
- Reconciliation of Financial & Project Accounting.
- Overhead Allocation to Projects.
- Payroll Processing.
- VAT filings and payments.
- Monitoring GL Accounting & Monthly Closings and meeting deadlines.
- Accounting for intercompany transactions.
- Assistance in External & Internal Audit.
- Regular check on systems, devising controls to make sure they are in place to mitigate both financial and operational risks.
- Reporting directly to Finance Manager.
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Certified with any of ACCA / CPA / ACMA.
- Min. 5 – 6 years’ experience at least within UAE for 4 years.
- Excellent Communication & presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, and dynamic structure.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
