Responsibilities:
- Regularly conduct restaurant visits to understand and address quality matters to assist with the effective implementation of process improvement.
- To have a full working knowledge of all hygiene and occupational health & safety regulations in the UAE, according to Dubai Municipality standards.
- Regularly review product quality at both frontend and Back end.
- To manage the food watch platform at the company level.
- Conduct food safety training for All employees.
- Vendor development and documentation as per the company standard.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in the field of Quality assurance and Foods safety, A champion of appearance and hygiene guidelines.
- 1-2 years of experience in QSRs within the Quality or Audit function
- PIC certificate
Salary – AED 5000 to 6000 all inclusive
