Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s services
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Acquire new clients
Meet the monthly target been set
Ensure that there is no outstanding payments from the customer
Follow up with the customers for payments
Maintain relationship with the airlines/liners
Coordinate with the operations team on a regular basis
Providing the best quality of customer service
