- Experience In F&B for Senior Position 5 years plus
- Experience In F&B for Junior Position 2 years plus
- Experience in preparation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, P&L and cash flow statement and other reports) as per the standards.
- Experience in Financial Forecasting, Budget Management and Forecasting, Internal Controls and Financial Analysis.
- Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
- Preparing asset, liability and capital account entries by analyzing account information
- Monitoring the Operational Expenditure and Capital Expenditure for effective planning of Cash Flow
- Analyze Business Operations, trends, costs, revenue, financial commitments to project the cash outflow
- Reconciliation of: Bank, Debtors, Creditors and Stock/ Inventory Control Management.
- Payroll processing & submission for bank transfer and transfer the Salaries through WPS.
- Knowledge of All types of PRO services regarding the Visas, Medical, Renewals, Passport renewals and other related PRO works.
- Petty Cash Management and verification of petty cash expenses and purchase payments.
- Calculation of value-added tax (VAT) & E-Filing, Quarterly reconciliation of VAT inward, VAT outwards, Payment etc.
- Recommending financial actions and summarizing the current financial status
- Handling financial transactions by auditing documents
- Maintaining accounting control by preparing policies and procedures
- Coordinating financial issues by collecting and analyzing accounting data
- Maintaining financial security by following internal controls
