The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Ability to manage projects independently and manage them through to completion
- Must have strong writing/communication skills.
- Must be computer literate with a working knowledge and experience with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and some CAD software.
- Drive down operational costs by negotiating with suppliers and vendors and constantly improve processes, while upholding best quality standards
- Liaise, manage, and negotiate with contractors, vendors, and external business partners
- Results-oriented go-getter; great at multitasking and managing competing priorities
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Significant Operations Management experience while working under tight deadlines
- Office Management, Events Management and Human Resources management considered a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills use in a fast pace stressful environment
- Experience in real estate & hospitality is considered a plus
- Self-Starter, able to manage independently large number of tasks and deadlines
- Desire to be into the detail, systems, processes, profitability, and delivery of the best results in a favor of Refine
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask & work in stressful environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or other disciplines with emphasis on analytical abilities
- High energy, self-motivated & ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Driving license and own car
- Prior experience in a fast-growing start-up organization
- Arabic is a plus
