International Sales Representatives:

JOB SUMMARY

The job of the International Sales Representative is established for the purpose of carrying out sales, marketing, planning, logistics and administrative duties for Middle East and Africa market, under the instruction of the regional Sales director. Maintain regular and continuous verbal and written contact with the customers/traders, CSR team within, and other suppliers/vendor related to the export business. Analyze sales data and assist in market pricing activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

  1. make orders with our customers;
  2. determine the shipment bookings with our CSR colleagues;
  3. coordinate orders with the customers/traders, CSR team within;
  4. create price quotations/suggestions for ME/Africa markets;
  5. compile regular order/shipping reports for internal group;
  6. gain full understanding of PU market, shipping, tariffs, regulatory requirements, MRL, etc.;
  7. responsible for data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks;
  8. frequent communication and relationship building with customers/CSR colleagues;
  9. participate when necessary in various meetings and presentations, both   internal and external;
  10. regular and timely attendance;
  11. accomplish department and organization goals by completing related tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and other related major;
  2. min. 5 years ‘experience in PU market;
  3. fluent in English writing/speaking, can use Arabic or French. Trilingual of all the three languages is preferred;
  4. experienced in documentation management;
  5. excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with internal and external customers;
  6. ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameter of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices;
  7. strong computer skills: must be proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to operate standard office equipment;
  8. detail-oriented; work in a fast-paced environment with high ability to multitask;
  9. skilled at adapting to changing priorities, work environments, management styles and business trends;
  10. ability to acquire and apply new knowledge or skills for work and recognize personal strengths and weakness.
