Ayana Holding is looking forward to welcoming a new Receptionist to be a part of our outstanding team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional, comprehensive reception service to visitors. Determine nature of business/visit and announces guest to appropriate personnel
- Maintain a neat, tidy, and presentable reception area on an ongoing basis, and retain a professional, comfortable general office atmosphere
- Offer coffee or other refreshments to visitors
- Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages, and scheduling appointments
- Provide secretarial, clerical, and administrative support in an effective and efficient manner where and when required
- Handle all incoming and outgoing couriers
- Assist in organizing conferences and telephone conference calls
- Handle the booking of meeting rooms
- Ensure office has all the needful stationery, supplies, etc.
- Implement and propose improvements for all administrative processes linked to the reception tasks
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years’ experience as a Receptionist
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office proficient
- Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and take responsibility where necessary, as well as to work as part of a team
