JOB SUMMARY:
As part of our massive expansion plan, we require “Business Development Manager (Healthcare) at First Response Healthcare. With a blend of strategic and transactional roles, the above position will be working closely with the top management to achieve goals and should have an eye for detail when it comes to the management of day-to-day operations in the department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Knowledge and access to all Dubai based Government Hospitals, Private Hospitals, and other Government and related entities
- Conducts patient visits at hospitals to meet with patient/case coordinators
- Conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity
- Support business development activities and help establish strong relationships with new and existing referral sources
- Generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long term care, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
· The ideal candidate will have established healthcare contacts and be able to readily network in the community
· 4 – 5 year’s experience in Dubai, UAE
· Track record of successful sales
· Evidence of achieving referral goals within the market
· Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills are critical
· Fluency in Arabic and English
· Valid UAE driving license is a must
· Bachelor’s degree (any field)
