Finance Manager (French Speaker)
We are ITFAQ Systems and Software Trading LLC, a global IT system integrator originating from Canada and France offering expertise in Software development infrastructure-related solutions. Our team provides customized enterprise solutions and AI-powered tools.
To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with in-depth hands-on experience in Accounting.
The primary duties:
• Creating accounting controls by initiating policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements;
• Determining the financial status of the organization;
• Acting as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies;
• Providing support for cashflow planning;
• Financial reporting;
• Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk;
• Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets;
• Risk management;
• Create Financial Strategies & Procedures with regards to Petty Cash, Purchasing, etc.;
• Main Responsible for Quarterly VAT Filling.
• AR / AP Reports
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and yearly Reports ;
• Supports budget and forecasting activities;
• Maintaining financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts;
• Reconciling general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information;
• Maintaining general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaid; analyzing and reconciling retainage and accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals;
• Securing financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential;
• Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice on how the company and future business decisions might be impacted;
• Hands-on experience working with general ledgers.
Required Candidate profile
- French language (native speaker);
- English language (fluently);
- BSc/MBA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field;
- Min 5 years of experience in the Accounts Department in France;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant accounting software;
- Knowledge of accounting/finance principles, practices, and reporting;
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws regarding accounting, finances, and taxation.
