- Farm Fresh is a leading FMCG distribution company in UAE with a diversified frozen/chilled/dry foods products portfolio. We are looking for smart, motivated young professionals in UAE for our retail sales department.
- Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience as sales manager handling modern trade/general trade for Abu Dhabi/Al Ain region within the FMCG sector.
- Must have an excellent relationship with all the key retailers in Abu Dhabi/Al Ain.
- Should have outstanding leadership and people management skills to motivate and drive the team.
- Must have an excellent sales track record and problem-solving skills.
- Must have sound business financial and numerical expertise.
- Hands-on experience in forecasting/budget preparation and A&P management.
- Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
