Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- Support sales development forecast and current sales on daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Prepare sales forecasts, collect and analyses data to evaluate/analyses current sales goals.
- Lead weekly operations meetings that involve funnel and order management along with discussions with sales, supply chain, and finance.
- Ensure the CRM system is updated at all times with budgets and reports.
- Prepare Monthly Regional Management reports on results and rolling forecasts.
- Growth Plan: Lead and report all figures defined in the growth plan by area and customers, identify problems, and inform stakeholders about issues and difficulties.
- Design robust annual incentive schemes for sales and product teams.
- Update the market share as required by collecting feedback from the product and sales team.
- The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
