Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Immediately available to join the job.
  • Film hire checking and reconciliation with the supplier statements.
  • F & B related payments checking and reconciliation with the supplier statements.
  • Reconciliation of the inter-company accounts.
  • Assist in preparing VAT returns and related GL reconciliations.
  • Daily sales and cash receipts posting.
  • Preparation of monthly schedule for closing the book.
  • Monthly management report in comparison with a budget.
  • Monthly income statement report and balance sheet reporting.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Processing refund to customers for online failed booking.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
