A well-known and well-reputed multinational company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, and competent candidate for the position of “Finance Manager”.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • The candidate must be fluent in English.
  • Immediately available to join the job.
  • Handling cash flow management and approval of Payment Requisitions.
  • Management Accounting & Reporting along with Payment allocation.
  • Managing and tracking all investments, loans given if any and keeping a track of activities.
  • Generating reports for PDC’s cheques in ERP along with checking with buyers before depositing those cheques.
  • Negotiating with Banks (on financing limits and others) along with discounting of LBD and Documents.
  • Analysis of financial SOA’s on different accounts against income, expenses, balance sheet etc.
  • Paying off travel and other expenses of staff.
  • Following up with banks for any issues.
  • Supervision of AP & AR issues along with handling discrepancies / book keeping.
  • Handling and approving payment allocation on priority basis.
  • Working on budgeting for MIJ.
  • Handling audits and keeping all documents ready.
  • Managing order entry and order follow-up until completion.
  • Communication with our customers to ensure a smooth order process and delivery.
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
  • The candidate must have good excel skills to join our team.
