The Performance Marketing Manager will join our international team at our headquarters in Dubai. It is a strategic and hands-on role that is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company’s performance marketing strategy to drive revenue and acquire new customers. This includes managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing. He/she will create and implement test plans, analyze data, make recommendations, and collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large-scale, multi-channel digital campaigns and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, such as revenue growth, customer acquisition and retention, and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including search (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), display (Google Display Network, programmatic advertising, etc.), social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and affiliate marketing.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, using metrics such as ROI, CPA, and conversion rate to make data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as product and content, to ensure that campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and strategies and that the company’s offerings are accurately represented.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends and best practices and make recommendations for new channels and tactics to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify and test new channels and tactics to drive acquisition and revenue growth, such as retargeting, email marketing, and video advertising.
- Work with outside vendors and partners to execute performance marketing campaigns, such as agencies, ad networks, and affiliate networks.
- Use performance marketing analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns, track key performance indicators, and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Develop and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns and delivering a positive ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders, including the C-suite and other department heads.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as a Performance Marketing Manager, with a track record of driving revenue and acquiring new customers through paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of various performance marketing channels and tactics, including search, display, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Excel, as well as bid management and optimization platforms such as DoubleClick and Marin Software.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to make data-driven decisions, with experience in A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and outside partners.
- BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
- Knowledge of website optimization and testing methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of performance marketing regulatory requirements is a plus.
