Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the retail store operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and employee performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Train, motivate, and coach sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements
