Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an HR and Admin Officer.

As an HR and Admin Officer, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to administrative tasks such as managing office supplies and coordinating appointments, HR responsibilities such as recruiting and hiring, and maintaining employee records and benefits, and handling visa processing.

You will work collaboratively with our team to facilitate a positive and engaging work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and Admin roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS Software.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and visa processing.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
