About the job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline with new clients by identifying key business opportunities, to meet or exceed quota and increase revenue.
As Marketing Manager, your responsibilities include winning tenders for projects regionally and internationally.
This involves developing strong relationships with clients and connecting with key stakeholders in building envelope related projects.
Must also be able to identify new tender opportunities among new and existing clients. Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Overseas travel may be required for Overseas Markets. Ultimately, should be able to grow the business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with new client
- Identify new business opportunities to generate new prospects.
- Develop annual sales strategy and goals
- Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
- Have up to date information on the projects available for tender in the market
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors
Skills and Qualifications:
- Engineering graduate or equivalent degree
- Minimum 5 years of building envelope industry experience – Aluminum
- Proven track record of exceeding quota and revenues
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Having vast contacts in the façade industry
- Relevant experience in the Gulf or GCC countries
