We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and professionally monitor all Human Resources functions. He / She should have relevant skills, experience, and passion for the Real-Estate industry.
HR Specialist responsibilities generally include, setting up company HR policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle HR practices and solid knowledge of labor legislation in the UAE.
Ultimately, you will foster a healthy and energetic workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times. You should add value to the company’s growth with positive attitude, work ethics, and long-term goals aligned with the job requirements.
2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the company.
- Assess training needs; create and implement a training plan.
- Implementing training and development plans.
- Design career paths, introduce job enrichment initiatives.
- Set performance standards for every job / position.
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
- Prepare, document, and review compensation and benefits packages.
- Proactively communicate with employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for if any (e.g extra vacation days).
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- Spread positive energy and motivate workers.
- Plan and organize team building events.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly and professionally. Possibility of head hunting.
- Monitor HR budgets by department.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Oversee workplace safety and compliance.

- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
3. QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge; Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Proven work experience of at least 5 years as an HR Specialist preferably in a Real-Estate company.
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Team management skills.
- BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
- Interpersonal intelligence skills.
- Budgeting, accounting, and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail.

- Having an understanding of human psychology.

- Arabic language is a plus.
