Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Executive who will be responsible for leading the business development and to generate new business and maintain existing clients.
The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Excellent Business and Communication skills
- Proven experience in Account Management
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- minimum 3-4 years experience in similar role within Dubai
