Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
-
- Monthly payroll processing for multi currencies. (In specific to Middle East Countries).
- Processing of End of Service Benefits ( EOSB) , Leave Pay in advance , Overtime Calculation and Salary adjustments.
- Processing Employee’s Advance /Loan requests and system update for payroll deductions.
- Reconciliations [ employees advance account , Annual leave ], Responds to queries from employees regarding vacation leave, overtime, and other payroll related matters.
- Calculation of accruals [ Gratuity & Annual Leave]
- Pension remittance for GCC nationals and update system records.
- Employees Oracle Time Data analysis related to Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Other paid leave.
- Work closely with HR Dept / Shared Services for employee changes and other updates.
- Assisting with post payroll transfer queries and other ad-hoc duties as required .
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
-
- In-depth knowledge of Middle East practices including but not limited to Employee’s salary processing, Final settlements (EOSB), Annual Leave Pay processing, ensure payroll data accuracy and performs appropriate corrective actions to resolve identified inconsistencies, errors or other problems.
- Well knowledge in Advanced Excel
- Well Knowledge about payroll systems and Oracle Time and Labor ( OTL).
- Knowledge about GCC labour laws.
- Minimum five years of experience in Payroll and Comp & Ben in any GCC countries
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting .
Reporting to the ME Payroll Manager , This position will seek your support to the payroll team in all areas of Payroll. This will include processing payroll independently up to finalization including journals. Assisting with payroll queries and any other ad hoc duties the payroll team require.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Middle East.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree
