Job Description

The Role

We are searching for a driven and highly organized Operations and Events Executive with a ‘can-do’ attitude to support with influencer events planning and seeding campaigns in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

• Implementing event plans and concepts for Saudi Arabia and the UAE market
• Handling budgeting and invoicing
• Liaising and negotiating with vendors
• Handling logistics and travel arrangements
• Managing branding and communication
• Supervising the events
• Obtaining permits
• Handling post-event reports
• Developing design ideas for seeding campaigns
• Liaising with influencers and collecting contact details
• Monitoring influencer campaign coverage on social media
• Travelling to Saudi Arabia to supervise the events

Requirements:

• 3-years’ minimum experience in events and operations
• Able to travel to Saudi Arabia
• Fluent English & Arabic
• Knowledge of the Saudi market
• Willing to work weekends or evenings when needed
• Problem solver
• Strong team player
• Tech savvy
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Hardworking and reliable
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive with a positive attitude
