The Senior Executive – C&B Operations ME & T will participate in aspects of planning, administering and delivery of Compensation & Benefits plans for the Groupe.
They should be able to play a role of an operational and strategic partner in this function to be able to contribute to the successof the operations and control. This will include identifying, evaluating, advising and implementing initiatives in addition to operational execution of all compensation and benefits cycles.
They will work in close collaboration with Talent verticals, mainly TTBP, operational excellence, and Resources (HR shared service) on benefits processes, practices and procedures. They will also work in close collaboration with the Head of Talent and Groupe CFO/Finance team to budget for the benefit expenses (commit), get better benefits at optimal costs, share month on month benefits utilization and spend analysis with Finance leads, Talent Vertical leads and markets’ TTBPs.
Main Tasks:
- Equal owner of Publicis Groupe compensation philosophy & principles fostering a total reward approach
- Support and take ownership on PG ME&T compensation reviews for the Groupe across its 3 cycles per year.
- Support and take ownership on PG ME&T bonus reviews for the Groupe Q1 of every year.
- Collaborate with Performance Management and hiring managers on linking reward to performance in form of recommendations, reviewing proposals and challenging.
- Support managing merit and promotion raise process.
- Manage bonus programs (Global bonus, Local Bonus Plan, LTIP, LTFL, Spot Bonus, etc.)
- Implement benefits plans and programs.
- Stay abreast of existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and benefits administration, market practices on compensation & benefits activities and recommending appropriate course of action.
- Takes ownership of the Talent Team’s yearly budget setting and monitors spending across recruitment, community and engagement, and Education activities.
- Aligns compensation and benefits programs with budgetary considerations, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ownership of Talent Team yearly budget setting and monitoring spend for all activates inclusive of recruitment, C&E and L&D budgets.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Provenworking experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Adequate knowledge ofMEcurrent labour rules and regulations
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Extensiveand superiorknowledge/capabilityof HRIS and MSExcelOffice
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Qualifications
