Our fast-paced, innovative marketing agency is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. We offer a range of services from staffing, digital marketing, event planning, production, and brand activations for an array of consumer brands and banks across the MEA region.

This role is pivotal in the financial planning and decision-making process of our organization, aiding us to operate efficiently and continue to grow.

Job Description:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial health of our company by administering accounting operations to meet legal requirements. You should be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations.

Demonstrating interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies for the company and monitor the financial performance by measuring and analyzing results.
  • Conduct detailed risk assessments to make forecasts for our performance.
  • Prepare financial reports, which may include income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations within the company such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
  • Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies.
  • Plan, implement, manage and control all financial-related activities of the company.
  • Advise on long-term business and financial planning.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Manager.
  • Proficient user of finance software.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
