About Us:

At our brand-new home décor and furniture company, we are dedicated to bringing fresh and innovative designs to the market. Based in Dubai, we are excited to make a splash in the UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia markets.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the B2B Sales & Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving furniture sales to interior designers and other businesses. Your role will be diverse and engaging, with responsibilities including:

  • Prospecting and identifying potential B2B clients in the UAE, Oman, and Saudi markets.
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships through in-person meetings and presentations.
  • Developing creative and customized sales strategies to showcase the unique value of our furniture.
  • Collaborating with our marketing team to craft compelling campaigns targeted at B2B clients.
  • Representing our brand at industry events and trade shows to build connections and brand visibility.
  • Skillfully negotiating and closing deals to meet and surpass sales targets.
  • Ensuring outstanding post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of prior furniture sales experience in Dubai.
  • A minimum qualification of high school graduate and very good spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.
  • An understanding of the UAE, Oman, Saudi and GCC markets, with a keen interest in forging new connections.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with clients effectively.
  • A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset, thriving in both independent and team-oriented environments.
  • A valid UAE residence visa (sponsorship) and flexibility for a hybrid work style, including in-person meetings.
