Your Role:
- In your role you are responsible and take ownership for all elements of Commercial Sales Management
and Business for our direct business in GCC excl KSA, Egypt, Levant & Iraq during project acquisitionincluding but not limited to contract analysis and negotiations, cost calculation, cashflow projections,business models, taxation, PE-avoidance, international financing concepts, currency, risks andopportunities, bonds, terms of payment, credit rating, insurances, export control compliance, LoAescalations as well as stakeholder management.
- You will be the lead for complex projects, focusing on international financing, stakeholder
management, definition of optimized bidding strategies and business models by considering strategicaspects of the business like political situation in countries of installation, business partner developmentand other economic aspects.
- You shall be well versed with the processes, platforms, tools and templates that we utilize such as but
not limited to PM@Siemens, LoA, PRR, PATAC, Credit Warehouse, OCR etc.
- You know the NCM Business Models

- Several years of experience in contract negotiations
- Strategic thinking combined with high intercultural sensitivity characterize you
- Additionally, you bring fluent written and spoken English language skills
