About the job
*Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements)
*previous experience in the cleaning company more preferable
*VAT Filing
*Well versed with creative accounting techniques.
*Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies.
*Perform month-end and year-end close processes
*Reviewing the Accounts’ payable and Receivable and following the same
*Managing the Company policies
*Familiar with insurance policy, premium renewal and claiming, etc.. for the staff Medical insurance, vehicle insurance and other company insurances
*Familiar in the payroll and the final settlements
